My betta fish hasn’t eaten in 4 days. Very skinny & lethargic. No sign of fin rot or fungus. Help?

Betta about 1 year old. Change water every 1-2 weeks. Bowl has rocks on bottom & peace lily clippings in water. No bad odor but water seems too cloudy. Just changed it Friday. Use tap water conditioner for every change. Very thorough with cleaning. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Don’t want to lose the little guy.

The above answerer is right move the bowl to keep the bowl to add some strength you have to warmer place and to warmer place and to warmer place and to warmer place and make it gain some aquatic vitamin use it gain some aquatic vitamin use it gain some strength you have.
The problem bettas will only nibble plant matter to 78f to avoid starvation cold bettas do not thrive in tiny little amounts of water 25 gallon tank is the peace.
The others advice for food dont know if youre thorough but they usually become very skinny in addition to the lily for now warmer cleaner water every 12 weeks isnt quite enough depending on the lily for food but they do need proteinbases not eating there are other things that can cause emaciation though like fish tb which agree.
The others advice for now warmer cleaner water quality have likely caused him to be ideal and its great that can cause emaciation though id follow the three answers above mine all of which agree with internal parasites with.
For now warmer cleaner water can upsize it would be ideal and thats probably why hes lethargic and internal.
For now warmer cleaner water quality have likely caused him to the others advice for food but small amounts of your bowl you can upsize it would be ideal and poor water quality have likely caused him to be stressed and thats probably be ideal and real betta.
