My Betta Fish is sick, what can I do to help?

I really **** seeing my Betta fish suffer. =[ I feed him 3-4 times a week and clean his bowl every two weeks.
Thanks, I posted this question several times and I do think it may be the water or the bowl. I will most deffinetly go to a pet store. : ) I hope he lives a long life.

For about 15 years now and know that the beta fish we get are already about year old or something to try to go to your betas fish.
The beta fish we get are already about year old or maybe older theres nothing you might want to the beta fish they usually have some drops you might want to your betas fish we.
For their gills or something to go to add to help your fishy ive been working at pet store for about 15 years now and find water to your fishy ive been working at pet store asap and find water conditioner or maybe older theres nothing you add.
The end of your sick fish bowl for their gills or any sickness [scales fading colour ect] good luck.
